Finding Freedom

Records

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY COMMISSIONER OF SLAVE STATISTICS
(Slave Statistics) 1864 [C142-1].

The list below outlines record series that were reviewed for the initial edition of the Finding Freedom Project. The agency is listed first, then the type of record, followed by the years covered, and finally the unique county record series ID number. The "Series ID" number can be used to locate the record in the Guide to Government Records finding aid. You might notice that some entries listed below appear to be duplicated, that is to say that they share the same agency, record type, and years covered. The difference between these two similar entries is the format: one is a microfilm collection and the other is not. Microfilm collections are designated as "CM," while original paper collections are designated as "C."
